Can I cancel my Premium subscription at any time?+
Yes. Cancel any time from your account settings and you'll retain access through the end of your billing period. No questions asked.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
Your plan stays intact on the Basic tier — credentials, documents, assets, and your executor remain in place. Premium-only sections (funeral preferences, letters) become read-only.
Is the $60/month billed annually or monthly?+
Monthly. There's no annual discount currently, though we may add one in the future.
Do you offer refunds?+
If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us and we'll make it right.
Is the Basic tier really free forever?+
Yes. The core Afterword plan — credentials, documents, assets, executor coordination — is and will always be free. We believe this information should be accessible regardless of budget.
